Pre Work Screening
How often have you hired seemingly fit workers who, after a short period on the job, begin to show increasing absenteeism or complain of work related injuries?
Incorporating a short but comprehensive test, either at our premises or on site, each pre-work screening program is specifically tailored to the requirements of the particular position. We aim to give the employer the piece of mind which comes from knowing that, at least on a physical, functional level, they have recruited the right person for the job.
Based on the FJA, a Pre-Work Screening program will ensure potential employees have the functional abilities required for the position. Pre-work screening is a cost-effective method of minimizing the risk of future injury and reducing the overall cost of recruitment and absenteeism.
